He agrees and there will always be time for a nap later.
He's not a great cook, but he can manage pancakes, eggs and bacon. The pancakes he'd learned for the boys after she was gone because they'd all needed something to smile about. He hadn't made pancakes often enough, but they were special occasion sorts of things. He's got all kinds of time in Itinere to make breakfast for Mary and while the abundance of time has been hard to get used to, it's also a blessing. He shrugs a little at her question. "Figure you deserve a little spoiling and I could do with some lessons on how to manage that." Melting her like butter is part of that spoiling.
He doesn't like reminding her that she wasn't around, but he does want her to know that there was never anyone else for him. "Nah. I think the garage downstairs has enough cars for me to tinker with. I would like to fish or camp some more though." Her suggestion makes him grin though.
"Sounds like I need to up my breakfast game then."
